Everything about this notcher has been designed to make it as versatile and durable as possible. Easily make accurate offset notches with our innovative bearing housing design, where you can dial in an offset using a set screw to within .001" without the use of shims. The clamp design allows you to hold square tube both flat and on the diamond, and also lets you clamp to an existing structure. The machined aluminum parts are hard-anodized to ensure durability. We use a thrust bearing and large 1-1/4" bolt that we manufacture in house to ensure stability at any angle you are notching. A bronze bushing in the clamp handle ensures no galling and low friction to get the tube clamped tight, every time. 

We are the only company in the industry that uses an adjustable bearing sleeve, which means that after years of notching when the bearings begin to loosen up, you can simply re-tighten the sleeve and get just as much rigidity as when the notcher was brand new.
