Every JMR tool is designed and built in our shop in Paso Robles, California. We stand behind what we make. If something goes wrong, call us. You'll talk to the people who built it.

Warranty coverage starts the day you receive your order.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us first. Call (805) 239-5972 or email info@jmrmfg.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Send photos. We'll ask for pictures by email so we can see what happened. Many issues can be solved without shipping anything back.
- Get your RMA number. If the item needs to come back, we'll give you an RMA number and return instructions. Please don't ship anything without one.
- Ship it prepaid. Send the item to us postage prepaid, packed in a sturdy box rated for its weight. See our return policy for packaging tips.
- We inspect, then repair or replace. Once we've inspected the item, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.
What voids the warranty
To keep your warranty valid, use JMR tools as designed. The warranty is void if you:
- Modify your bender, notcher or dies
- Add aftermarket accessories not made by JMR Manufacturing
- Use JMR dies in another brand's bender, or another brand's dies in a JMR bender
Limitation of liability
JMR Manufacturing will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured and/or sold by JMR Manufacturing Enterprises Corp.
